What to Expect with Pet Euthanasia
We only recommend euthanasia for a pet if there is nothing more to be done to save them. This can be a tough decision for any pet owner, and we are here to answer your questions and support you as you consider your pet’s options.
If you decide to move forward with euthanasia, know that we will make the procedure as low-stress as possible for you and your pet. We will give you the time you need to sit with your pet and say goodbye. When you are ready, we can administer sedation to help your pet relax and fall into a deep sleep. Once they are asleep, we administer the euthanasia injection, which works quickly. Your pet will not feel any anxiety or pain.
