ASC is seeking full time Operations Manager to join our team in our brand new Surgical facility located in Oceanside, NY. You are a dynamic and results-driven professional looking to make a significant impact in the veterinary healthcare industry. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

As the Operations Manager at Animal Surgical Center, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hospital operations to ensure the achievement of regional monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals and targets. Your role will encompass the following key responsibilities:

• Financial Management:
  • Work diligently to reduce excessive spending and maintain sustainable growth and profitability by managing COGS, Operating Expenses, and Labor Costs.
    
  • Develop statistical data analysis of trends to properly forecast budgets and drive top-line revenue.
    
  • Hold monthly financial meetings with clinical, medical, and operational leadership to review performance and strategize improvements.
    
    

• Market Understanding and Expansion:
  • Gain a deep understanding of regional dynamics and market trends to effectively reach our target clientele.
    
  • Identify market trends and opportunities to enhance clinic life and contribute to the growth of the veterinary industry as a whole.
    
  • Lead the expansion and growth of our Long Island portfolio by successfully opening new clinics in multiple locations and implementing various marketing endeavors.
    
    
• Team Leadership and Recruitment:
  • Interview and hire leaders at all levels within the clinics and support teams.
    
  • Collaborate with HQ teams, including Finance, Facilities, PeopleOps, MedOps, and ClinicOps, to ensure seamless operations and resource allocation.
    
    
• Strategic Planning:
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute strategic plans aimed at achieving long-term growth and success.
    
  • Implement and manage various pilots and processes to improve clinic operations and enhance our brand's reputation.
